this was actually my first experience with columbia, i attended the (poorly attended) lecture.  i left impressed and inspired.  there are better ways!  the strida is cool, could be that much better.  also look at reise+mueller, german company, their birdy and frog are leaps and bounds ahead of the typical dahon us pack....    [ks]
